摘要
分析某军医大学毕业的82名军医对各级岗位胜任力认知的情况,将每一级能力素质下辖的素质视为多选题,寻找同一级别中占优的指标,并进行不同群体的比较。结果显示,以岗位胜任力为一级指标,下辖的9项二级指标中军医提及次数最高的是内在素质(100.0%),其次是临床知识与技能(63.4%)、团队合作(46.3%)、持续学习能力(43.9%)等。三级指标中,团队合作能力下辖善于协调与团队成员的关系提及率较高,为43.9%;内在素质下辖的热爱医疗与国防事业、追求卓越、持之以恒、积极主动提及率较高,分别为80.5%、56.1%、51.2%、51.2%。不同毕业身份(学历)、医院等级性质、职称、毕业时间段,是否优秀军医、是否仍在部队、是否从事专业相关工作、是否担任行政职务的军医的认知均有不同。
To analyze the cognition for all levels of post competency of 82 military doctors from a medical university,the dominant indexes at the same level were found out and compared among different groups,when post competency was set as the primary index and qualities at each level considered as multiple choices.The results showed that,the most frequently mentioned by military doctors in nine secondary indexes was"inner qualities"(100.0%),followed by"clinical knowledge and skills"(63.4%),"team work"(46.3%),"continuous learning ability"(43.9%),etc.Among the third indicators,the reference rate of"coordinating well with team members"under the team cooperation ability was higher(43.9%).The rates of"love for medical care and national defense","pursuit for excellence","perseverance"and"initiative"under the internal quality were the highest,respectively with 80.5%,56.1%,51.2%and 51.2%.Cognitions of post competency vary among those with different educational backgrounds,hospital levels,professional titles,graduation period,and the status of whether or not outstanding military doctors,still in the army,engaged in professional work,or hold administrative positions.
