摘要
我国教师教育一体化发展已取得一定成就和经验,但在统筹设计、课程衔接、教法衔接、优质师资队伍建设和质量保障等方面尚缺乏完善的体系和实施举措。教师教育需根据新时代中国教师教育特色和实际,建立统筹实施机制,明确整体目标,确立前后衔接的课程内容和教学方法,建设一支既有教育理论水平又有基础教育实践能力的一体化师资队伍,并构建完整的质量保障体系。
China has made certain achievements and accumulated some experience in its integrated development of teacher education,but it lacks a consummate system and specific measures in terms of overall designing,the linkage between curriculums and between teaching methods,the construction of a high-quality teaching force,and the guarantee of quality.Based on the characteristics and actual conditions of China’s teacher education in the new era,we are supposed to build an overall mechanism for implementation,specify the overall goal,establish the curriculums and teaching methods linking teacher preparation with in-service teacher training,build a teaching force for integrated teacher education boasting of a high level of educational theories and a considerable ability in teaching practice in basic education,and construct a complete system for the guarantee of quality.
