摘要
依据对某市初中教师职业幸福感的访谈和问卷调查结果分析,界定了教师优势需要满足期望值和教师职业幸福感的概念,论述了教师职业优势需要满足期望值与教师职业幸福感形成与发展的关系,阐述了设计合理的教师职业优势需要满足期望值的对策。
Based on the analysis of the interview and questionnaire survey results of junior middle school teachers in a city,this paper defines the concepts of teachers'advantage needs and professional well-being needs,discusses the relationship between teachers'professional advantage needs and well-being expectations,and the formation and development of teachers'professional well-being,and expounds the countermeasures for reasonably designing teachers'professional advantages to meet expectations.
