摘要
信息时代,知识更新速度不断加快。学生必须学会自主学习,才能适应时代和社会发展的要求。因此,教师要注重培养学生的自主学习能力,让他们学会学习。文章阐述了元认知策略与自主学习的关系,探讨如何运用元认知理论及策略来培养高中生的自主学习意识和自主学习能力。
In the information age,the speed of knowledge updating is accelerating.Students must learn to study independently in order to adapt to the requirements of the times and social development.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and let them learn how to learn.This paper expounds the relationship between metacognitive strategies and autonomous learning,and discusses how to use metacognitive theories and strategies to cultivate senior high school students'autonomous learning awareness and ability.
