摘要
在“互联网+”新时代,教师要快速适应基础教育人才培养模式的变革与创新。教师要掌握微课的制作并能够通过线上教学快速地自我成长,在“教”和“学”的切换中,努力做一个“成长型”教师。
In the new era of"Internet plus",teachers should quickly adapt to the transformation and innovation of basic education personnel training mode.Teachers should master the production of micro class and be able to self-grow rapidly through online teaching.In the switch between"teaching"and"learning",teachers should strive to be a"growing"teacher.
