铁及铁死亡在肺癌方面的研究近况 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是当今全球范围内罹患率和病死率最高的肿瘤之一,有关肺癌的发生发展机制目前尚未完全阐明。肿瘤生物学及其相关分子机制的研究,是肿瘤个体化治疗的基石,同时为肿瘤的精准治疗提供潜在治疗靶点。目前有关微量元素,尤其铁离子在肿瘤生长代谢中所起的作用及机制深受学者们的关注。不论是正常细胞还是癌细胞均避免不了死亡,有关细胞死亡形式的研究层出不穷,如目前已知的细胞凋亡、胀亡、自噬、焦亡等。其中铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,它与肺癌的发生发展有着密切联系,对其深入研究将为肺癌的进一步治疗提供新方向。 Lung cancer is one of the tumors with the highest incidence and fatality in the world today.At present,the mechanism of occurrence and development of lung cancer has not been fully elucidated.The research on tumor biology and its related molecular mechanism is the cornerstone of individualized treatment of cancer,and provides potential therapeutic targets for the precise treatment of tumor.The role and mechanism of trace elements,especially iron ion,in tumor growth and metabolism have aroused great interests of the researchers.No matter normal cells or cancer cells,the ultimate death cannot be avoided.At present,the researches on the form of cell death are emerging one after another,for example,apoptosis,oncosis,autophagy,pyroptosis,ferroptosis etc.Ferroptosis is a newly discovered type of cell death,which has a very close relationship with the occurrence of lung tumor,and the in-depth study will provide new implications for guiding the further treatment of lung cancer.
