摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是重要的细胞机制调节剂,其在肾癌中通常失调。对lncRNA的研究,从其发展到传播正在改变人们对肾癌的认识。lncRNA通过多种机制发挥功能,这些机制在肾癌中起着重要作用,如依赖缺氧诱导因子途径或不依赖缺氧诱导因子途径的调控。在临床实践中,检测血清中的致癌lncRNA可以实现早期癌症检测,而lncRNA也可能是肾癌患者有希望的治疗靶点。因此,了解lncRNA在肾癌中的作用可能会为肾癌的发展过程提供信息,并可用于优化治疗方法。总之,lncRNA是有希望用于分子研究和发现新的生物标志物的候选物,且是肾癌潜在的治疗靶点。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is an important regulator of cellular mechanisms,which is often dysregulated in kidney cancer.Research on lncRNA is improving our understanding of kidney cancer,from its development to its spread.lncRNA functions through a variety of mechanisms,which play important roles in renal cancer,such as hypoxia-inducible factor pathway-dependent regulation and hypoxia-inducible factor pathway-independent regulation.In clinical practice,the detection of oncogenic lncRNA in serum can achieve early cancer detection,and lncRNA may also be a promising therapeutic target for renal cancer patients.Therefore,understanding the role of lncRNA in kidney cancer may provide information on the molecular landscape and natural history of kidney cancer and can be used to optimize the treatments.In brief,lncRNA is a promising candidate for molecular research and discovery of new biomarkers,and a potential therapeutic target for kidney cancer.
