合著论文视角下的陕(西)韩(国)科技合作

The Scientific and Technological Cooperation from the Perspective of International Papers between Shaanxi Province and South Korea

合著论文是体现科技合作实施状况的重要载体,分析陕西省与韩国双边科技论文合著表现,找出陕韩重点合作领域,为服务陕西省产业发展提供参考。以科学引文索引数据库扩展版(SCIEXPANDED)为数据源,分析近十年(2009—2018年)陕西省和韩国机构共同参与合著的论文,从合著论文的第一作者机构、研究方向等看陕韩双边科技合作的特征。陕韩双边科技合作总体呈增强态势,科技合作网络已初具形态;应加强电子信息领域、农业生物技术领域的深层次科技合作。

Co-authoring paper is an important carrier to reflect the implementation status of science and technology cooperation.Analyzing the co-authoring international scientific papers can find out the key cooperation areas of Shaanxi Province and South Korea,and then provide reference for the service industry development in Shaanxi Province.This study uses the Science Citation Index Database Extended Edition(SCI-EXPANDED)as the data source to analyze the international papers that Shaanxi Province and South Korea institutions participated together in the past ten years(2009—2018).From the first author institution and research direction of the paper,we can find the characteristics of international scientific and technological cooperation,which can provide an important reference for evaluating the status of international scientific and technological cooperation between Shaanxi Province and South Korea.The international science and technology cooperation has been generally enhanced between Shaanxi and South Korea.The international science and technology cooperation network has begun to take shape.At the same time,Shaanxi Province and South Korea should strengthen deep-level scientific and technological cooperation in the fields of electronic information,biomedicine and new materials.
