基于MR的影像组学在鼻咽癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 鼻咽癌是发生在鼻咽部最常见的恶性肿瘤,对其进行准确的分期分级等有助于指导个体化治疗方案的实施。影像组学可以从医学图像中获取病灶高通量的特征,揭示肿瘤内部的异质性,提供有价值的诊断、预后或预测信息。基于MR的影像组学逐渐应用在鼻咽癌的临床分期、治疗反应评估和预后分析等方面,对研究现况、目前面临的挑战及应用前景予以综述。 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is the most common malignant tumor in the nasopharynx.The accurate staging and grading of NPC is helpful to guide the implementation of individual treatment plan.Radiomics can obtain highthroughput features of lesions from medical images,so as to reveal the heterogeneity of tumors and provide valuable information about diagnosis,prognosis or prediction.MR-based radiomics has been gradually applied to NPC,such as the clinical staging,evaluation of response to treatment and prognosis analysis and so on.In this paper,we reviewed the present situation,the challenges and prospects of the research.
