摘要
高校招生作为人才培养的首要环节,生源质量的好坏对高校人才培养质量具有一定的影响,也影响着高校高质量发展的进程。高校人才培养质量需要优秀的生源质量来支撑,特别是民航飞行技术专业的生源质量。《大型飞机公共航空运输承运人运行合格审定规则》及《新时代民航强国建设行动纲要》,对飞行员提出了更高的标准,也对高素质的飞行员培养提出了更高的要求和标准。本文尝试运用构建的熵权物元可拓模型,对某民航飞行学院2008级至2014级飞行技术专业学生相关数据信息进行挖掘分析,尝试对招飞生源地质量进行初步的评级,并提出若干建议。
As the primary link of talent training,the quality of students has a certain impact on the quality of talent training in Colleges and universities,and also affects the process of high-quality development in Colleges and universities.The quality of talent training in Colleges and universities needs the support of excellent student quality,especially the student quality of civil aviation flight technology.The rules for the operation certification of large aircraft public air transport carriers and the action plan for building a strong civil aviation country in the new era set higher standards for pilots,as well as higher requirements and standards for the cultivation of high-quality pilots.This paper attempts to use the entropy weight matter-element extension model to explore and analyze the relevant data and information of flight technology students from 2008 to 2014 in Civil Aviation Flight College,and try to make a preliminary rating of the quality of the source area of students recruited,and put forward some suggestions.
