摘要
在深入分析岗位特点的基础上,对人员业务能力评价方法进行了探索。从评价数据搜集、统计、分析和应用场景几个方面进行了阐述。原始数据从培训考核系统获得,共计7个维度。通过累积基础数据,运用统计方法获得平均分和雷达图,并使用假设检验和时间序列算法客观"定义"个体和团队的能力维度,从而为人员能力统计分析、工作安排、培训计划制订、人员能力提升提供数据决策依据。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of the post,the paper researches on the appraisal’s method of the professional ability dimension.The paper includes four parts:data collecting,statistics,analysis and scenario introducing.Raw data which includes 7 dimensions can be gained by on-line training and examination system.Average scores and radar maps are gained by statistical methods through a large number of raw data.On the other hand,the individuals and team’s professional ability can be defined based on hypothesis testing algorithm and time series algorithm.The definition can provide decision-making in further analysis on individual ability,work schedule,training plan and individual improvement.
