摘要
为优化三黄口服药的提取工艺,以黄芩苷为指标,优化黄芩的提取工艺。以盐酸小檗碱的含量及转移率为考察指标,以加水量(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)优化黄柏等三味药材的提取工艺。采取抑菌实验,对三黄口服液的最低抑菌浓度进行了研究。确定了三黄口服液的制备工艺,黄芩与其它三味药分开提取比四味药共同提取所制成的溶液治疗鸡大肠杆菌病的有效率大15.6%,治愈率高23.1%。四味药同时水提,黄芩苷的转移率比分开水提明显降低。黄芩与黄柏、大黄、大青叶等三味药材分别提取,最终将两部分中间产物经制剂学技术制成口服液制剂。三黄口服液对大肠杆菌有抑制作用。
To optimize the extraction process of Sanhuang oral liquid,with baicalin as the index,the extraction process of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was optimized.The content and transfer rate of berberine hydrochloride were studied.The extraction process of Phellodendron amurense was optimized by adding water(A),extracting time(B)and extracting times(C).The minimum inhibitory concentration of Sanhuang oral liquid was studied by bacteriostatic experiment.The preparation technology of Sanhuang oral liquid was determined.The effective rate of baicalin and other three drugs extracted separately was 15.6%and the cure rate was 23.1%higher than that of the four drugs.The transfer rate of baicalin was significantly lower than that of boiling water.Scutellaria,phellodendron,rhubarb and Folium Isatidis were extracted respectively.Finally,the two intermediate products were made into oral liquid preparation by pharmaceutical technology.Sanhuang oral liquid had inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli.
