摘要
PU树脂用于制备湿法贝斯时,如果凝固速率过快,容易造成湿法贝斯卷边,需要对湿法贝斯进行80℃下3 min烫平处理后才能实行下一步操作,这无疑增加了革厂的生产成本。本文通过调节PU树脂主链结构之间的有序性,即通过调节树脂体系中不同扩链剂的比例来调节PU树脂的凝固速率。实验结果显示,当PU树脂体系中的扩链剂EG与BDO的比例为1∶1时,做出的树脂的凝固最低,即防卷边效果最好。
When PU resin is used to prepare wet-process bass,if the solidification rate is too fast,it is easy to cause curling of wet-process bass.The next operation can only be carried out after ironing the wet-process bass for 3 min at 80℃,which undoubtedly increases the production cost of leather factory.In this paper,the solidification rate of PU resin was adjusted by adjusting the order between the main chain structures of PU resin,that was,by adjusting the proportion of different chain extenders in the resin system.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of chain extender EG to BDO in PU resin system was 1∶1,the solidification of the prepared resin was the lowest,that was,the anti-curling effect was the best.
