盆腹腔多发脾种植误诊为妇科肿瘤1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,女,39岁,13年前曾因外伤致脾破裂行脾切除术,末次月经2020年1月1日。此次因"间歇性下腹痛5 d"于2020年1月13日入我院,腹痛无明显规律性,时轻时重,无异常阴道流血,大小便正常。妇科检查:子宫正常大小,双附件区均未扪及明显异常。超声检查:双侧卵巢可探及,左、右附件区分别探及范围约5.1 cm×1.0 cm、4.0 cm×1.0 cm管状低回声,呈腊肠样,内未见明显血流信号.
