摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法及对比分析法在心律失常教学中的实践效果。方法将90名临床医学专业学生分为对照组、对比分析组及PBL+对比分析组,每组30名。以理论知识考试比较三组考核成绩,以调查问卷形式评估教学满意度。结果对比分析组理论成绩高于对照组,PBL+对比分析组的理论考试成绩高于对照组及对比分析组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL+对比分析组表现为更高的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心律失常教学中,采用PBL+对比分析方法教学可显著提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the practical effect of PBL teaching method and comparative analysis method in arrhythmia clinical practice teaching.Methods 90 college students majored in clinical medicine were randomly divided into the control group,the comparative analysis group and the PBL+comparative analysis group.The scores of theoretical knowledge were compared and the teaching satisfaction was evaluated by questionnaire.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge of comparative analysis group were better than the control group,while The scores of theoretical knowledge of PBL+comparative analysis group were better than the control group and the comparative analysis group(P<0.05).The PBL+contrastive analysis group showed higher satisfaction.Conclusion The use of PBL+comparative analysis teaching method can significantly improve the practice effect.The method would be widely used.
