摘要
目的探讨内科护理教学中护理程序系统思维教学的应用效果。方法将医院80例内科护理实习生按双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规教学法,试验组实施护理程序系统思维教学。比较两组教学方法满意度、内科护理理论和护理技术考核评分。结果试验组的教学方法满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组的教学方法满意度是100%,而对照组的教学方法满意度是80.00%。试验组内科护理理论评分、护理技术考核评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组内科护理理论评分、护理技术考核评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内科护理实习生实施护理程序系统思维教学效果确切,可提高护理实习生的学习成绩和满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic thinking teaching of nursing procedure in internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods 80 medical nursing interns were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine teaching method,and the experimental group was given systematic thinking teaching of nursing procedure.The satisfaction degree of teaching methods,medical nursing theory and nursing technology assessment scores were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of teaching methods in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching methods in the experimental group was 100%,while that in the control group was 80.00%.The scores of medical nursing theory and nursing technology in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of medical nursing theory and nursing technology in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of systematic thinking of nursing procedure for medical nursing interns is accurate,which can improve the learning achievement and satisfaction of nursing interns.
