超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果

Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined With Angle Separation for Glaucoma Complicated With Cataract

目的评价闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者实施超声乳化吸除联合房角分离青术治疗的临床价值。方法采取抽签法将2017年11月-2019年6月医院106例青光眼合并白内障患者分为参照组(53例,给予开展临床传统手术治疗)、试验组(53例,给予采用超声乳化吸除联合房角分离青术治疗)。对其治疗前后眼压、前房深度、视力进行对比,另统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果试验组治疗总有效率98.11%(52/53)例,高于参照组的治疗总有效率81.13%(43/53)例,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组眼压、前房深度、视力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组眼压、前房深度低于参照组,视力高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取联合治疗青光眼合并白内障其临床效果显著,超声乳化吸除联合房角分离青术治疗措施可有效降低患者眼压、加强视力提升以及增加患者前房深度,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation acupuncture for glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From November 2017 to June 2019,lots of 106 patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract in our hospital were divided into a reference group(53 cases,given traditional clinical surgery)and an experimental group(53 cases,given phacoemulsification).(Except combined angle separation atractylodes treatment).The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,and visual acuity before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups was calculated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.11%(52/53)higher than that of the reference group.The total effective rate was 81.13%(43/53).There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the eye pressure,anterior chamber depth and visual acuity.After treatment,the intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the visual acuity was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of glaucoma and cataract has significant clinical effects.Phacoemulsification combined with angle-angle separation acupuncture can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure,enhance the visual acuity,and increase the depth of the anterior chamber of the patient.The clinical application value is high.
