摘要
目的研究呼出气一氧化氮联合肺功能检查在哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征。方法2016年12月-2018年12月在本院进行治疗的哮喘患者中选择20例作为本次研究对象的A组,同期20例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为B组,同期20例哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者作为C组,同期20例非呼吸系统疾病患者作为对照组,进行呼出气一氧化氮联合肺功能检查的测定。将四组患者两两配对,观察他们的肺功能指标水平和FENO检测结果。结果两两比较发现,C组FENO水平相较于其他三组明显更高,最低的为对照组;对照组FEV1/FVC水平相较于其他三组明显更高,C组的FEV1/FVC水平最低。另外与,FENO异常上升率由高到低依次为C组64例(64.00%)、A组48例(60.00%)、B组23例(30.00%)、对照组8例(10.00%)。结论FENO联合肺功能检查能够准确诊断哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征,为后期制定治疗方案提供可靠的临床依据。
Objective To study the effect of exhaled nitric oxide combined with pulmonary function test on asthmachronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,20 patients with asthma were selected as group A,20 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as group B,20 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome as group C,and 20 patients with non-respiratory diseases as control group.Exhaled nitric oxide combined with pulmonary function were performed during the same period.Examination and determination.Two pairs of four groups were paired to observe their lung function index level and FENO test results.Results Pairwise comparison found that the FENO level of group C was significantly higher than that of the other three groups,and the lowest was the control group;the FEV1/FVC level of the control group was significantly higher than the other three groups,and the FEV1/FVC level of group C was the lowest.In addition,the abnormal rise rate of FENO in descending order was 64 cases in group C(64.00%),48 cases in group A(60.00%),23 cases in group B(30.00%),and 8 cases in control group(10.00%).P<0.05 Conclusion FENO combined with pulmonary function examination can accurately diagnose asthma-COPD overlap syndrome,and provide reliable clinical basis for later treatment.
