半导体激光结合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶处理鼻腔术后疗效观察

摘要 目的观察鼻窦炎-鼻息肉术后用半导体激光结合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)处理术腔囊泡疗效,探索鼻内镜术后随访预防复发有效方法。方法门诊鼻内镜复查鼻窦炎-鼻息肉术后患者随机分为半导体激光组、对照组,半导体激光组鼻内镜术后半导体激光处理囊泡,重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶局部使用,每周一次;对照组行常规鼻内镜术后复查,常规筛窦钳去除囊泡及鼻用布地奈德喷鼻,每天早晚两次,共观察半年。两组患者在鼻内镜术后2、4、8、12、18、26周进行VAS评分及鼻内镜监察评分(Lund-Kennedy评分),以评估疗效。结果两组治疗总有效率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论由于样本数量较少,鼻窦炎-息肉术后使用半导体激光结合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶处理术腔囊泡疗效不明确,术后并发症及复发率需更多样本随机对照研究来验证。 Objective To observe the effect of treating nasal cavity with semiconductor laser combined with bevacizine after nasal polyp operation,To explore an effective method of follow-up after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods Outpatients with nasal polyps after nasal endoscopy were randomly divided into group Semiconductor laser and control group.Group Semiconductor laser treated vesicles with semiconductor laser after nasal endoscopy and applied topically with bevacizine once a week.Control group underwent routine nasal endoscopic follow-up,and conventional ethmoid forceps were used to remove vesicles and budesonide nasal spray,twice a day in the morning and evening,for a total of six months.The two groups of patients received nasal endoscopy surveillance score(EAS)at 2,4,8,12,18,26 weeks after endoscopic surgery to evaluate the efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in effect rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Due to the small number of samples,the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel in treating cavity besicles after sinusitis and polyps surgery is unclear,and the postoperative complications and recurrence rate need to be verified by more random controlled studies.
