血液灌流强度对急性百草枯中毒患者预后的作用

Effect of Blood Perfusion Intensity on Prognosis of Patients With Acute Paraquat Poisoning

目的分析液灌流强度对急性百草枯中毒患者预后的作用。方法随机选取我院在2018年1月-2019年6月收治的64例急性百草枯中毒患者作为本次课题研究对象,将其分为研究组和对比组,每组患者32人,研究组患者行高强度的血液灌流,对比组患者行低强度的血液灌流,对比两组患者的具体治疗预后效果。结果对比两组患者接受治疗后的预后各项指标、各组血细胞与凝血指标变化以及治疗效果,研究组患者均好于对比组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗急性百草枯中毒患者应用早期高强度的血液灌流预后效果更佳,能够有效的清除患者体内百草枯成分、提高中毒患者生存几率,改善患者的预后指标。

Objective To analyze the effect of perfusion intensity on the prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisoning.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,64 patients with acute paraquat poisoning admitted in our hospitalwere randomly selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into study group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.Patients in the study group received high-intensity hemoperfusion,while patients in the control group received lowintensity hemoperfusion,and the specific treatment and prognosis effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the two groups of patients after the treatment of prognosis indicators,changes in blood cells and coagulation indicators in each group and the treatment effect,the study group of patients were better than the comparison group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning patients with early high-intensity hemoperfusion is better.It can effectively remove paraquat components in patients,improve the survival rate of patients with poisoning,and improve the prognosis of patients.
