安全质量管理理念在药学部管理中的应用

Application of Safety Quality Management Concept in the Management of Pharmacy Department

目的研究安全质量管理理念在医院药学部管理中的应用效果。方法于2016年11月-2018年12月期间本院患者中抽取1000例对其药品使用情况作为本次研究的实验对象,随机分为对照组(n=500)和观察组(n=500),对照组使用常规管理方法,观察组应用安全质量管理理念进行管理,观察两组研究对象药物的管理、使用情况(包括药物的损坏率、过期率、滥用率)和患者对药物使用的满意率情况。结果观察组药物的损坏率(0.60%)、过期率(1.20%)和滥用率(0.40%)均低于对照组(2.80%、3.00%、1.80%),患者对药物使用的满意率(98.00%)高于对照组(74.00%),P<0.05。结论在医院药学部的日常管理工作中强调应用安全质量管理的理念能够更好管理药品,减少药品的损坏、过期和滥用的情况。

Objective To study the application effect of safety and quality management concept in the management of hospital pharmacy department.Methods From November 2016 to December 2018,1000 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=500)and observation group(n=500).The control group used routine management methods,while the observation group used the concept of safety and quality management to manage.The management and use of drugs(including drugs in the two groups were observed.Damage rate,expiration rate,abuse rate)and satisfaction rate of patients with drug use.Results The rate of drug damage(0.60%),expiration(1.20%)and abuse(0.40%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(2.80%,3.00%,1.80%).The satisfaction rate of patients with drug use(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Emphasizing the concept of safety and quality management in the daily management of hospital pharmacy department can better manage drugs and reduce the damage,expiration and abuse of drugs.
