单磷酸阿糖腺苷在小儿手足口病中的作用

目的探讨注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用效果。方法2017年5月-2018年12月选取医院86例小儿手足口病患儿。随机分组,基础治疗组采取基础对症治疗,注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷组则采取基础药物联合注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。比较效果和安全性。结果注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷组手足口病症状缓解率高于基础治疗组,手足疱疹、口腔疱疹以及体温升高症状消失时间、住院时间短于基础治疗组,证候积分、体温低于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷组和基础治疗组药物不良反应相似(P>0.05)。结论注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷可有效改善患儿的病情,加速症状消失,缩短治疗的时间,且安全性高,无严重不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of adenosine monophosphate for injection in the treatment of hand foot mouth disease in children.Methods rom May 2017 to December 2018,86 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were enrolled in our hospital.Randomly divided into two groups,the basic treatment group was treated with basic symptomatic treatment,and the injection group was treated with basic drugs combined with injection.Compare effectiveness and safety.Results The remission rate of HFMD symptoms was higher in the group treated with Adenosine arabinoside monophosphate than that in the basic treatment group,the disappearance time and hospitalization time of hand,foot and mouth disease,buccal herpes and temperature rise symptoms were shorter than those in the basic treatment group,and the syndrome score and temperature were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Adenosine monophosphate for injection can effectively improve the condition of children,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,shorten the treatment time,and has high safety and no serious adverse reactions.
