抗氧化疗法对急性心肌梗死患者的长期疗效

Long-term Effect of Antioxidant Therapy on Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨抗氧化疗法对急性心肌梗死患者的长期疗效。方法选取医院2013年1月-2019年1月期间收治的56例不稳定型心绞痛患者,分为两组,各28例,对照组接受常规冠心病二级预防,观察组给予抗氧化疗法(普罗布考),对比其临床疗效。结果患者治疗前,其MDA、SOD、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者MDA、HDL-C水平低于对照组,SOD、TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用普罗布考开展抗氧化疗法,应用于对急性心肌梗死患者中效果显著,能够有效改善其血脂水平,提升患者长期疗效。

Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of antioxidant therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods From January 2013 to January 2019,56 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.The control group received secondary prevention of conventional coronary heart disease,while the observation group received antioxidant therapy(probucol)to compare its clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of MDA and SOD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA and HDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SOD,TC,TG,and LDL-C were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of probucol antioxidant therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the blood lipid level and enhance the long-term efficacy of patients.
