摘要
目的评价思维导图在老年化疗患者预防跌倒/坠床健康教育中的应用效果。方法将80例老年化疗患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。试验组应用思维导图进行预防跌倒/坠床的健康教育并将思维导图交于患者;对照组按照护理部印发的跌倒/坠床风险评估及防范措施采用口头宣教。对比两组知识掌握情况、自我管理效能及跌倒坠床发生率。结果试验组知识掌握评分、自我管理效能显著高于对照组,跌倒/坠床发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导图有助老年化疗患者对宣教知识的理解记忆,自我管理效能高,降低了老年化疗患者跌倒或坠床的发生。
Objective Evaluate the effect of mind mapping on the prevention of fall/fall TO Bed health education in elderly chemotherapy patients.Methods The experimental group applied mental map health education;the control group used oral education.Compare knowledge mastery,self-management effectiveness,and incidence of security incidents.Results The test group was significantly higher than the control group in the knowledge acquisition score and self-management efficacy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping helps the elderly patients with chemotherapy to understand and remember the knowledge,improve selfmanagement efficiency,and reduce the incidence of falls/fall to bed in elderly chemotherapy patients.
