iRoot BP Plus修复磨牙髓室底穿孔疗效的影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析影响iRoot BP Plus修复磨牙髓室底穿孔疗效的因素。方法收集2016年4月至2018年10月于安徽医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的髓室底穿孔患者共72例(72颗恒磨牙),均采用iRoot BP Plus进行髓室底穿孔修复,通过临床检查和X线片检查分析术后一年不同感染时间、穿孔大小和病因对患者治疗成功率的影响。结果 (1)感染时间≤6个月的患者治疗成功率为94.12%,与感染时间>6个月的患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)穿孔直径>3 mm组的治疗成功率为62.5%,直径为2~3 mm组成功率为92.31%,直径<2 mm组成功率为95.45%,直径>3 mm组的成功率与其他两组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0167)。(3)医源性穿孔患者治疗成功率为91.89%,与龋源性穿孔患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髓室底穿孔的病因、感染时间和穿孔大小等均会影响iRoot BP Plus修复髓室底穿孔的疗效,在治疗穿孔患牙时应考虑这些因素,以便更大程度保留患牙。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus in repairing pulp chamber floor perforation of molars, and to analyze the factors affecting the effect of perforation. Methods A total of 72 patients(72 permanent molar)with perforation of the pulp chamber floor were enrolled and repaired with iRoot BP Plus at Stomatologic Hospital of Anhui Medical University from April 2016 to October 2018.Clinical examination and X-ray examination were performed to retrospectively analyze the influence of different infection time, perforation size and etiology on the success rate of treatment one year after surgery.Results(1)The success rate of infection time ≤6 months was 94.12%, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of infection time >6 months(P<0.05).(2) The success rate of perforation diameter >3 mm was 62.5%, the success rate of diameter 2~3 mm was 92.31%, the success rate of diameter <2 mm was 95.45%, and the success rate of diameter >3 mm was statistically significant compared with the other two groups(P<0.0167).(3)The success rate of iatrogenic perforation was 91.89%, and the difference was statistically significant compared withthat of caries induced perforation(P<0.05).Conclusion The etiology, infection time and size of perforation of the pulp chamber floor all affect the efficacy of iRoot BP Plus in repairing perforation of the pulp chamber floor. These factors should be taken into account in the treatment of perforated teeth in order to preserve the affected teeth to a greater extent.
