摘要
基于SAE J1939协议诊断部分的DM协议完成对商用车故障诊断系统的开发思路,并描述基于CANoe平台的设计过程,在Visual Studio 2013环境中运用C#设计开发了故障诊断系统生成工具。经验证,故障诊断系统能够按照SAE J1939协议进行实时故障代码的接收和发送,通过查看历史故障码及其发生次数对相应部件的性能进行评估,避免潜在故障的发生。
DM protocol based on the SAE J1939 protocol diagnostic part was proposed to complete the development of commercial vehicle fault diagnosis system,and the designing process of the system based on CANoe platform was explained.The diagnostic system generation tool was developed by using C#in the Visual Studio 2013 environment.It was verified that the system can transmit real-time diagnostic fault codes in accordance with the SAE J1939 protocol rules,the performance of related devices can be evaluated by viewing the historical fault codes and the number of faults,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of potential faults.
