摘要
研究了自动机械式变速器(AMT)在重型商用车上的应用特点及方案选择,分析了换挡规律和控制策略。基于AVL Cruise软件建立了装备AMT的车辆仿真模型,在模型中构建了C-WTVC循环工况数据库,嵌入用Matlab/Simulink建立的AMT换挡控制策略模型并实现了两参数控制策略,最后对该汽车列车在C-WTVC循环工况下经济性进行仿真计算。结果表明,燃油经济性换挡控制策在改善重型商用车燃油经济性方面有一定的成效。
The application characteristics and scheme selection of automatic mechanical transmission(AMT)in heavy commercial vehicles were studied,and the shift law and control strategy were analyzed.Based on AVL Cruise software,the vehicle simulation model equipped with AMT was established,the C-WTVC cycle operation database was built in the model,the AMT gear shift control strategy model established by Matlab/Simulink was embedded,and the two-parameter control strategy was realized.Finally,the economy of the combination vehicles under the C-WTVC cycle operation was simulated and calculated.The results show that the gear shift control strategy is effective in improving the fuel economy of heavy commercial vehicles.
