基于实车测试的乘用车油门踏板人机匹配设计

摘要 为了提高乘用车油门踏板操纵舒适性,建立踏板行程-踏板反馈力动态测试系统。选择市场畅销车型且油门踏板操纵主观感受较好的车型为研究对象,开展油门踏板行程、踏板反馈力、稳定车速同步测试。试验结果表明:踏板行程随稳定车速的增加呈指数增加。踏板反馈力在踏板行程0~10 mm快速增加,在10~35 mm呈现缓慢增加变化规律。根据试验结果拟合乘用车油门踏板行程-踏板反馈力、油门踏板行程-稳定车速匹配关系曲线,为新车型油门踏板设计与优化提供设计依据。 In order to improve the operating comfortableness of passenger cars’accelerator pedal,the dynamic test system for accelerator pedal stroke and pedal feedback force was established.Best-selling cars with better subjective feeling of pedal operation were selected to carry out synchronous test.Test results show that pedal travel increases exponentially with the increasing vehicle speed,and the pedal resistance increases rapidly in range of 0~10 mm of pedal travel,and slowly increases in 10~35 mm.Based on the test results,the relationship curves between accelerator pedal travel and feedback force,pedal travel and steady speed are fitted respectively,which provide a designing basis for rebuilding and optimizing of passenger car accelerator pedal.
