摘要 为了解决大功率感应加热电源的IGBT驱动电路可靠性问题,设计了以2ED300C17-S为核心的驱动保护电路,包括退饱和监测、栅极-发射极有源钳位、集-射极钳位、过流等多种保护电路。该驱动电路通过功能测试和实际系统应用,能够保证系统安全可靠运行,一旦系统发生故障,能快速的封锁驱动信号。结果表明该硬件电路能满足大功率感应加热电源驱动系统的要求。 In order to solve the reliability problem of IGBT drive circuit of high-power induction heating power supply,a drive protection circuit with 2 ED300 C17-S as the core including desaturation monitoring,gate-emitter active clamp,collector-emitter clamp,over current and other protection circuits were designed.Through functional testing and actual system applications,the drive circuit can ensures safe and reliable operation of the system,once the system fails,the drive signal can be quickly blocked.The results show that the hardware circuit with 2 ED300 C17-S as the core can meet the requirements of high-power induction heating power supply driver system.
