摘要 采用激光熔覆技术制备TiC/316L复合材料。改变TiC的体积分数,检测分析复合材料的力学性能和硬度变化规律,采用XRD、SEM分析熔覆层微观组织。结果表明:当TiC体积分数为6.67%时,复合材料抗拉强度最大,为675 MPa;TiC/316L复合材料的延伸率随TiC含量的增加而降低,硬度随TiC含量的增加而增大;在基体组织中存在大量细小的TiC颗粒,并促进新相的析出,细化晶粒。 TiC/316 L composite material was prepared by using laser cladding technology.The mechanical properties and hardness of composite materials were detected and analyzed which were prepared by changing the volume fraction of TiC.The microstructure of the cladding layer was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the tensile strength of composite is the largest,it is 675 MPa when the volume fraction of TiC is 6.67%.The elongation of TiC/316 L composite decreases with the increase of TiC content,and the hardness increases with the increase of TiC content.There are a large number of fine TiC particles in the matrix structure to promote the precipitation of new phases and refine the grains.
