摘要
本文以内蒙古福城矿业有限公司1905N综采工作面为例,在上巷超前区域试验打设注浆锚索进行支护,通过十字布点法、顶板离层仪、钻孔应力计应力在线监测、微震监测系统等新工艺、新技术对超前支护强度进行检测,试验采用注浆锚索取代原有超前支护。试验结果表明,该支护方式能够满足现场要求。
Based on the 1905N fully-mechanized mining face of Fucheng Mining of Inner Mongolia,grouting anchor cable is set up to support in the leading area of upper roadway,and the strength of advanced support is detected by new technology,such as cross placement method,roof delamination meter,stress on-line monitoring of borehole stress meter and microseismic monitoring system.The test results show that the supporting method can meet the field requirements.
