摘要
针对潞宁煤矿24102工作面坚硬顶板的大面积悬顶问题,运用理论计算得到初次来压步距和周期来压步距分别为60 m和25 m,依此设计了切眼放顶方案和两巷步距式放顶方案以及配套施工工艺。现场实践表明:实施强制放顶后,初次来压减小至35.3 m,周期来压减小至15.7 m,有效缩短了来压步距。
To solve the problem of large area hanging roof of the 24102 working face in Luning Coal Mine,the initial pressure step distance and the periodic pressure step distance are 60 m and 25 m respectively by theoretical calculation.According to this,the plan of cutting hole and two plan of two-lane step-by-step roof caving and the supporting construction technology are designed.Field practice shows that:after the implementation of forced topping,the initial pressure is reduced to 35.3 m,and the periodic pressure is reduced to 15.7 m,effectively shorten the pressure step distance.
