摘要
为有效解决1307工作面过陷落柱时巷道顶板含水、围岩严重变形破碎等问题,提出了管棚预支护+超前预注浆方案。管棚采用长6 m、规格为Ф50×5的热轧无缝钢管,环向间距0.4 m,仰角5°,搭接长度为1200 mm。现场对比监测结果表明:巷道围岩在一个月内收敛量达到稳定,顶底板最大平均移近量为217 mm,两帮收敛量为133 mm。
To effectively solve the problems such as water cut of roadway roof and serious deformation and crushing of surrounding rock when falling column in the 1307 working face,the pre-pulping scheme of pipe shed advance protection is put forward.The pipe shed adopts hot rolled seamless steel pipe with length 6m specification Ф50×5,circumferential spacing 0.4 m,elevation 5°,lap length 1200 mm.The results show that the convergence of surrounding rock is stable within one month,the maximum average moving close of roof and floor is 217 mm,the convergence of two sides is 133 mm.
