摘要 1302工作面回采至425 m处,148~158~#支架前方端面顶板破碎,导致支架移架困难、端面距增加、煤壁片帮严重,降低了工作面回采速度。分析了端面破碎机理,提出了"斜角钻孔卸压+注浆支护+超前管棚支护+柔性恒阻锚索棚支护"联合控制技术措施,有效控制端面破碎现象,保证了工作面安全回采。 In 1302 working face,the roof of 148-158# support front end face was broken when mining to 425 m,which led to the difficulty of support moving,the increase of end face distance and the serious spalling of coal wall,which reduced the mining speed of working face.This paper analyzes the mechanism of end face fracture,and puts forward the joint control technical measures of "oblique drilling pressure relief + grouting support + advanced pipe roof support + flexible constant resistance anchor cable shed support",which can effectively control the end face crushing phenomenon and ensure the safe mining of the working face.
