顶板高位大直径钻孔高效扩孔工艺研究

摘要 成庄矿施工顶板高位钻孔时,易发生孔内钻具断裂掉钻事故,通过探讨和研究提出了采用直螺杆马达扩孔的新工艺。经过现场钻进试验表明,采用直螺杆马达为切削动力源的扩孔工艺,其钻进效率更高,发生孔内事故的风险更小,为成庄矿下一步提高顶板高位大直径钻孔的成孔效率奠定了基础。 During the construction of roof high-level drilling in Chengzhuang Mine,the drilling tool fracture and dropping accident are easy to occur.Through discussion and research,a new technology of hole expanding with straight screw motor is proposed.The field drilling test shows that the reaming technology using the straight screw motor as the cutting power source has higher drilling efficiency and less risk of accidents in the hole,which lays a foundation for improving the hole forming efficiency of high-level large-diameter boreholes in the roof of Chengzhuang Coal Mine.
