摘要
对金达矿11201工作面使用的ZY5200/17.5/28D型液压支架适应性进行了研究,分析了支架立柱应力、初撑力及活柱下缩量,计算确定了支架合理工作阻力。研究表明支架支护阻力可以满足工作面顶板支护要求,支架整体运行稳定,左右立柱应力均衡,但初撑力相对较低,活柱下缩量较大,在后期生产过程中应提高支架初撑力,保证工作面作业空间安全。
The adaptability of zy5200/17.5/28d hydraulic support used in 11201 working face of Jinda Mine was studied.The stress of support column,initial support force and shrinkage of movable column are analyzed,and reasonable working resistance of support is calculated and determined.The research shows that the support resistance can meet the requirements of the roof support of the working face,the whole operation of the support is stable,the stress of the left and right columns is balanced,but the initial support force is relatively low,and the shrinkage of the living column is large.In the later production process,the initial support force of the support should be increased to ensure the safety of the working space of the working face.
