邱集煤矿11煤顶、底板薄层灰岩水害防治技术研究

摘要 为保证邱集煤矿正常生产接续,实现下组煤11煤层安全开采,分析了11煤层顶底板灰岩水害基本特征,研究了其水害防治方案,通过采用地面定向顺层钻探与高压注浆相结合的探查治理技术,注浆加固改造含水层为隔水层。该技术在邱集矿的初步应用已取得良好的效果,为黄河北煤田其他矿井下组煤开采提供了方法借鉴。 In order to ensure the normal production continuity of Qiuji Coal Mine and realize the safe mining of No.11 coal seam of lower group coal,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of water damage of limestone at the top and bottom of 11 coal seam,and studies its water damage prevention scheme.Through the exploration and treatment technology of combining surface directional bedding drilling and high-pressure grouting,the aquifer is transformed into an aquiclude by grouting.The technology has achieved good results in the initial application of Qiuji Mine,which provides a reference for other coal mining methods in the northern coal mine of the Yellow River.
