在过去的几十年内,全球化浪潮席卷而来,人类社会也迎来诸多发展契机,并在探索现代化发展道路上取得了丰硕的实践成果。然而,全球化也开启了“潘多拉魔盒”,处于全球化边缘的国家正饱尝全球财富分配恶化的苦果。整个世界正向两极分化的趋势迈进,全球化中既有赢家也有输家,融入全球自由经济并不能确保参与者的平等与繁荣。全球化为落后国家摆脱绝对贫困和收入不平等带来了一定机遇,但这些国家可能由于缺乏发展战略谋划和对未来风险的有效管理而陷入更加被动的境地。

The past few decades have witnessed tremendous progress and modernity of humanity on a worldwide scale due to the ongoing trend called globalization sweeping across the planet.It is also globalization that opens Pandora′s box for regions marginalized from global prosperity and worsens wealth distribution which reconstructs the world into a rather polarized one.Therefore,globalization produces both winners and losers,thus dismisses the simplistic notion that integration into the global economy automatically results in equality and prosperity.Therefore,the conclusion will be drawn that globalization,in principle,provides the means to overcome global poverty and inequality in poor countries,whereas the poor can be worse off with insufficient strategies focus and effective management of coming risks.
