摘要
基于Simcenter 3D有限元声学软件,建立弹性车轮声学模型,计算地铁用弹性车轮与刚性车轮在20~6 400 Hz频段内的振动响应与声辐射,分析弹性车轮的减振降噪特性;对刚性车轮和弹性车轮进行振动声辐射特性室内测试试验,并与有限元计算结果进行比较。结果表明:弹性车轮可减小辐板94.9%的振动,降噪170 dB以上;弹性车轮可抑制频段大于2 000 Hz的1节圆滚动噪声和大于2 600 Hz的高频曲线啸叫;径向激励和轴向激励下声辐射有限元计算结果与测试结果的误差分别约11.9%,1.3%,结果具有较好的一致性。
The acoustic model of resilient wheel was established based on finite element acoustic software of Simcenter 3D. Vibration response and acoustic radiation of metro solid wheel and resilient wheel were calculated in the frequency range of 20-6 400 Hz. Vibration and noise reduction characteristics of resilient wheel were analysis.The acoustic radiation of resilient wheel and solid wheel were tested in laboratory, and the results are compared with the finite element calculation results. Results show that vibration reduction of resilient wheel plate is up to 94.9%. The resilient wheel can reduce the noise above 170 dB. The resilient wheel can suppress the rolling noise of 1 section circle with frequency band greater than 2 000 Hz and high frequency curve noise with frequency greater than 2 600 Hz. The errors between the finit element calculation results and the test results under radial and axial excitation are about 11.9% and 1.3% respectively, and the results are in good agreement.
