摘要
以某钢厂生产的Q345B钢为研究对象,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析加热炉内3种加热气氛下Q345B钢表面氧化铁皮的微观结构及其演变规律,研究加热气氛对Q345B钢表面氧化铁皮结构的影响。结果表明:3种气氛下的炉生氧化铁皮均由铁的3种氧化物FeO、Fe3O4和Fe2O3组成;与基体界面相比,氧化铁皮界面出现微小裂纹和裂缝;3种加热气氛中,加热气氛3对应的氧化铁皮FeO层较厚,有利于后续除鳞时氧化铁皮的脱落,是较为理想的加热气氛。
Taking Q345B steel produced by a steel mill as the research object, the microstructure evolution of the oxide scale of the surface of Q345B steel in the furnace under three types of heating atmospheres were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy spectrometer(EDS) and X ray diffraction(XRD), and the influence of heating atmosphere on the structure of oxide scale of Q345B steel was studied. The results show that the furnace sheet iron is composed of three types of oxides FeO, Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 under three types of atmospheres. Compared with the matrix interface, the micro cracks and cracks occurs in the oxide scale interface. In the three types of heating atmospheres, the FeO layer of oxide scale corresponding to the heating atmosphere 3 is relatively thick, which is conducive to the oxide scale shedding during the subsequent descaling, thus it is an ideal heating atmosphere.
