摘要
捻制系数是钢丝绳设计中的一个重要参量,严格求解捻制系数需要解关于捻制系数的一元四次方程.工程应用中,求解一元四次方程,以及使用一元四次方程的根计算捻制系数精确值均不方便.考虑工程应用实际,计算出捻制系数的下限,建立捻制系数不等式.用数形结合思想发现证明方法,并用零点定理证明了捻制系数不等式.
In this paper,the spiral coefficient is an important parameter in the design of steel wire rope.To solve the spiral coefficient strictly,it is necessary to solve the quaternion equation about the spiral coefficient.In engineering application,it is not convenient to solve the quaternion equation of one variable and to use the root of quaternion equation of one variable to calculate the accurate value of spiral coefficient.Considering the practical engineering application,the lower limit of spiral coefficient is calculated,and the inequality of spiral coefficient is established.
