中国女排拦网效果的分析与研究——以2018年世界女排锦标赛为例

Analysis and Research on Blocking Effect of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team:Take the 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championships as an Example

探究中国女排在世界大赛拦网技术运用的效果,进一步提高中国女排拦网技术水平.运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法和对比分析法等,对2018年世界女排锦标赛中国女排和世界女排强队(进入六强赛的塞尔维亚、意大利、荷兰、美国和日本)的拦网效果数据进行对比分析,研究得出结论与建议:从不同位置的拦网效果可以看出,中国女排集体拦网效果较好,高于世界女排的平均水平;中国女排防起球能够进攻的比率高于其他球队,比世界强队高5个百分点,呈显著性差异(P<0.05);中国女排在此次世界锦标赛中拦网技术运用的效果整体上好于世界女排强队,但在有效拦网率上还有待于进一步训练提高;中国女排单人拦网失误过多,应加强队员个人拦网能力的培养;中国女排在3号位的拦网较弱,应有针对性地加强3号位的拦网训练,提高预判能力,增强拦网效果.

To explore the effect of the application of blocking technology of Chinese women's volleyball team in the world competition,and to further improve the technical level of blocking of Chinese women's volleyball team.Using the methods of literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the blocking effect data of the Chinese women's volleyball team and the world women's volleyball team(Serbia,Italy,the Netherlands,the United States and Japan)in the 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championship.The following conclusions and suggestions are made.From the effects of different blocking positions,it can be concluded that the collective blocking effect of the Chinese women's volleyball team is better,and is higher than the average level of the world women's volleyball team.The attack rate of Chinese women's volleyball team is higher than that of other teams􀆳and 5 percentage points higher than that of world power teams,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).The effect of blocking technology of Chinese women's volleyball team in the World Championships is better than that of the world women's volleyball team,but the effective blocking rate needs to be further improved.Chinese women's volleyball team made too many individual blocking mistakes,so the cultivation of individual blocking ability of Chinese women's volleyball team should be strengthened.The blocking of the Chinese women's volleyball team at position 3 is weak,so we should strengthen the blocking training at position 3 to improve the ability of prediction and increase blocking effects.
