摘要
基于产业创新视角,系统建构了“基于产业创新的科技型企业成长梯队发展环境评价指标体系理论模型”,从理论层面建立了科技型企业成长梯队发展环境的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法、专家评分法、分区域与分层相结合的随机抽样调查法,采用西南地区4省(市)330家科技型成长梯队企业的问卷调查数据,对一级指标体系和二级指标体系进行了实证检验。研究发现:①资金信贷环境和技术环境是非常重要的一级指标,市场环境、人力资源环境和政策创新环境是比较重要的一级指标,表明营造良好的科技型企业成长梯队发展环境更需要资金信贷、技术、市场环境、人力资源和政策的支持;②文化环境与社会服务环境的重要程度较小,表明科技型成长梯队企业对文化创新与服务创新不敏感;③研发人才储备、科研人才素质、市场占有率、知识扩散程度、市场结构、信贷支持、激励机制合理性、技术创新能力对提升科技型企业成长梯队协同创新能力具有显著正向影响。
To explore the growth environment and evaluation index system suitable for science and technology enterprises,from the perspective of industrial innovation,this study attempts to construct an analytical framework for the development environment of the growth echelon of science and technology enterprises,establishes an evaluation index system for the development environment of the growth echelon of science and technology enterprises from the theoretical level,and conducts empirical tests on the first-level index system and the second-level index system through expert scoring and questionnaire survey,using the principal component analysis method and using 330 the questionnaire survey data of technology enterprises in the 4 provinces(city)of Southwest region.The study found that the human resource environment,technical environment,market environment and capital credit environment are relatively important first-level indicators,indicating that the growth echelon of science and technology enterprises need more support from capital credit,human resources,technology and market environment.Comparatively speaking,the social culture and service environment are the least important,shows that the growth echelon of science and technology enterprises is not sensitive to the social culture and service environment.
