博弈视角的独立学院高端人才流失与防范策略研究

Research on the High-end Talent Loss and Prevention Strategy in Independent College from Game Perspective

高素质、稳定的师资队伍是提升高校核心竞争力的关键因素。独立学院作为高等教育的组成部分,分担了我国高等教育大众化过程中的一部分人才培养任务。但由于独立学院自身的性质和特点,导致一些经验丰富、高职称、高学历的人才流失,对于提升独立学院的人才培养质量和保持核心竞争力带来了不利的影响。在归纳独立学院高端人才的特征的基础上,从博弈论视角对独立学院高端人才流动进行了分析,剖析了高端人才流失的深层次原因,提出了防范高端人才流失的途径和策略。

High quality and stable teaching staff are the key factors to enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.As a part of higher education,independent colleges share the task of cultivating talents in the process of popularization of higher education in China.However,due to the nature and characteristics of the independent college itself,some experienced,high title,high academic qualifications of the talent loss,has brought adverse effects to enhance the quality of independent college talent training and core competitiveness.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of high-end talents in independent colleges,this paper analyzes the high-end Prevention Strategy in independent colleges from the perspective of game theory,the deep-seated reasons of high-end talent loss,and puts forward the ways and strategies to prevent high-end talent loss.
