摘要
基于服务科技管理的目的,构建了科技型企业的科技信用三级评价指标体系。基于AHP方法,构造了10个判断矩阵,通过计算每个矩阵的最大特征根和特征向量,最终确定了各级评价指标的权重。基于此评价指标体系,分析了该评价指标体系在乌鲁木齐市企业科技信用评价工作中的实际应用情况。
For the purpose of servicing science and technology management,this paper constructs a three-level evaluation index system of science and technology credit of science and technology enterprises.Based on the AHP method,ten judgment matrix is constructed,and the weights of each evaluation index were finally determined by calculating the maximum feature roots and feature vectors of each matrix.Based on the evaluation index system,the actual application of the evaluation index system in urumqi enterprise science and technology credit evaluation is analyzed.
