摘要
以我国2015-2017年技术密集型制造业上市公司数据为样本,基于网络中心度和弱联结程度两个层面,实证研究了连锁董事网络对我国企业R&D投入的影响,并探讨了技术高管对这种影响的调节作用。结果显示:网络中心度的提升对企业R&D投入具有显著的促进作用,该促进作用受到技术高管的正向调节;弱联结程度对企业R&D投入无显著独立影响,但与技术高管共同对企业R&D投入产生正向的联合影响。
Based on the data of China's technology intensive manufacturing listed companies in 2015-2017,this paper empirically studies the impact of the chain director network on the Research and development investment of China's enterprises from the two aspects of network centrality and weak connectivity,and discusses the regulatory role of technology executives in this impact.The results of empirical analysis show that the promotion of network centrality can significantly promote the Research and development investment of enterprises,which is positively regulated by technology executives;weak connection has no significant independent impact on the Research and development investment of enterprises,but has a positive joint impact with technology executives.
