The military industry group has a special and important position among the central enterprises.It has experienced two large-scale strategic reorganizations in history.At this stage,it shows the development trend of the third strategic reorganization.Taking the typical case of joint reorganization of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation as an example,we explore and summarize the complex motivations and trend characteristics of military industrial group strategic reorganization in the new era.The strategic reorganization of the military industry group in the new era has its own development,industrial development and national competition.It has unique characteristics in terms of resource layout,merger methods and business integration.
