新时代继续教育师资队伍建设的思考——以气象干部培训学院为例

Reflections on the Construction of the Teaching Staff of Continuing Education in the New Era--Taking China Meteorological Administration Training Center as an Example

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对人才工作做出了一系列重要指示和论述,为新时代人才工作实践提供了基本遵循,深入学习这些重要指示和论述,对新时代推进气象教育培训师资队伍建设具有重要指导意义。文章阐述了对习近平总书记人才观的认识和理解,分析了中国气象局气象干部培训学院(中共中国气象局党校)师资队伍建设的现状,包括政策环境、重点学科、课程体系等建设情况以及师资队伍现状,以习近平人才观为指导,对如何更好地推进新时代气象教育培训师资队伍建设进行思考,从秉承人才是第一资源理念、坚持党校姓党工作原则、把握重点任务方向、遵循人才成长规律、营造良好的人才环境等方面提出思考建议。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important instructions and discussions on the work of talents, providing basic guidelines for the practice of talents in the new era. In-depth study of these important instructions and discussions has important guiding significance for promoting the construction of meteorological education and training teachers in the new era. This article explains the understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s outlook on talents, and analyzes the current situation of the China Meteorological Administration Training Centre(China Meteorological Administration Party School), including the policy environment, key disciplines, and curriculum systems, etc. This paper is the thinking about how to use Xi Jinping’s outlook on talents as a guide to better promote the construction of the teaching staff of meteorological education and training in the new era and puts forward thinking and suggestions from adhering to the concept that talent is the first resource, adhering to the principle of party work by the party school, grasping the direction of key tasks, following the law of talent growth and of creating a good talent environment.
