摘要
利用第二课堂培养学生就业能力是高职院校学生管理工作的重要着力点,以就业能力培养为抓手推进学生管理工作,有助于凸显学生管理的育人功能,提高学生管理科学化水平,强化学生管理内部协作配合。目前,高职院校的学生管理在就业能力培养方面存在"观念有待转变、队伍有待加强、方法有待改进、制度有待完善"等问题,高职院校须通过"强化以学生为中心教育理念"转变工作观念,通过"优化结构、稳定队伍、强化认同及提升能力"加强队伍建设,通过"理清思路、明确第二课堂教育目标、推进课程融合及打造特色项目"优化工作方法,通过修订"学生综合测评、辅导员工作评价、学生综合素质拓展管理及就业工作考核"等制度,着力构建起有利于就业能力培养的学生管理运行机制。
Using the second classroom to cultivate students’employability is an important thrust of student management among higher vocational colleges.Furthering student management with the cultivation of employability as the starting point will help to highlight the educational function of student management,improve the level of scientific student management,and strengthen the internal cooperation of student management.At present,in the aspect of cultivation of employment ability in management of students in higher vocational colleges there exist such problems as"needing-to-be-changed concepts,needing-to-be-constructed team,needing-to-be-improved methods,and needing-to-be-perfected systems".Higher vocational colleges should change the working concepts by"reinforcing the student-centered education concept",and should strengthen team building by"optimizing the structure,stabilizing team,strengthening identification and improving ability",and should optimize their working methods by"sorting out thoughts,specifying objectives of the second classroom education,furthering merging of courses and creating characteristic projects".They also should strive to build a student management and operation mechanism conducive to the cultivation of employability by revising the systems of"comprehensive evaluation of students,work evaluation of counselors,comprehensive quality development management of students and employment work assessment",etc.
