摘要
求职行为中的知行矛盾对于高职大学生能否顺利求职和就业质量高低有着十分重要影响。如何有效化解求职就业过程中的知行矛盾,不仅需要从宏观层面构建社会、学校、家庭和学生四位一体的求职就业指导帮扶对策体系,还要从微观视野即从辅导员的视角进行梳理、分析、探索出作为辅导员在学生求职就业过程中的重要作用,有效地解决其求职行为中的知行矛盾,以便精准地推进高职大学生的求职就业工作。
The contradiction between knowledge and action in job-seeking exerts huge influence on fulfillment and quality of employment and quality of employment for higher vocational college students. Effective elimination of such contradiction from job-seeking and employment involves not only a macro level construction of an assistance system based on a" four-sphere integrated plan "(society, school, family and student), but also the sorting, analysis and exploration of crucial role of counselors in students’ employment from a micro view. This elimination will effectively remove the contradiction between knowledge and action from job-seeking and employment of higher vocational college students.
